For other issues during office hours please call reception to see if your emergency can be dealt with at Queens Road Surgery, or if it is best to go to the emergency department at hospital.

If you believe your problem is urgent please notify the receptionist. Your call may be put through to a nurse to ascertain the most appropriate care required.
